What you'll do

• Define the core user problem: getting funds out before an exchange halt, with proof
• Prioritize what ships next across verified timelines, countdown and exit-proof features
• Define success metrics grounded in real completed exits, not vanity numbers
• Turn user feedback from those mid-exit into concrete roadmap decisions
• Align design and engineering on a sequenced plan that respects the users' time pressure
