Read-only overview of the CentCom tickets filed under a reporter name: ID, status, last update and the remaining verification items. No login needed.

Same data over JSON: GET /api/v1/issues/public/by-reporter?reporter=<names>&status=&page=&per_page= — per ticket: id, title, status, priority, created/updated/resolved, replied, duplicate_of_id, latest_update and remaining_verification (newest team note asking for a retest / owner verification), plus counts by status. One fetch per load; no polling.
