What you'll do
- Define the user problem Swap solves and keep the roadmap focused on it
- Prioritize what ships next based on user evidence and real usage data
- Set and track success metrics tied to real swap activity and outcomes
- Coordinate designers and engineers around a clear, sequenced plan
- Validate that shipped features improve the swap experience and the metrics that matter
What you bring
- Product management experience owning a roadmap end to end
- Ability to frame user problems and prioritize from evidence
- Skill defining and measuring success in real product usage
- Comfort working closely with design and engineering on trading products
