## What you'll do

- Define the user problem Zipline solves versus unmaintained alternatives that lack live trading
- Prioritize the roadmap toward frictionless, hosted-free live strategy execution
- Decide what ships next based on real trader needs and usage
- Define success metrics grounded in strategies running live and users returning
- Align design and engineering around the app's core value
