What you'll do

• Define the user problem the app solves and keep the roadmap aimed at it
• Decide what ships next to strengthen the app's on-chain proof of trust
• Set the metrics that show whether real users trust and use the app
• Prioritize across design and engineering based on real usage evidence
• Turn the trust gap left by conventional platforms into concrete product bets
