You test Unusual Whales end to end on the live site as a brand-new trader would, taking options flow signals all the way into capped-risk positions on EventTrader. You reconcile every number the app surfaces against an outside source of truth and never trust a figure you can't independently confirm. Each defect becomes a reproducible report and a regression test that keeps it from returning.

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Walk the full new-user path — discover flow, act on conviction, open a capped-risk position — using only the public live site
• Reconcile every displayed number against an independent outside source and flag any figure that does not match
• Write each defect as a step-by-step reproducible report with exact inputs, expected result and actual result
• Turn confirmed defects into regression tests so a fixed issue cannot silently return
• Verify capped-risk positions behave exactly as shown across the whole trade lifecycle

What you bring

• Rigor in reconciling on-screen figures against outside sources of truth before accepting them
• Skill writing precise, reproducible defect reports a stranger could follow
• Experience authoring automated regression tests for web and real-time data flows
• Understanding of options flow and capped-risk positions well enough to test them as a trader would
