AI Product Engineer — TradesViz

You build the uncapped, import-free fill-history features end to end, from a Python and FastAPI backend to a vanilla JavaScript frontend that streams executions in real time over WebSockets. You wire the same history into AI agents through API and MCP so agents and humans work from one source.

💰 Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Build fill-history features across the FastAPI backend and vanilla JavaScript frontend
• Stream executions to the frontend in real time over WebSockets with no import step
• Expose the history to AI agents through clean API and MCP interfaces
• Ensure the experience stays fast and correct well past a 3,000-execution cap
• Ship features end to end, from data path to rendered, usable interface

What you bring

• Strong Python and FastAPI backend engineering skills
• Vanilla JavaScript frontend experience with real-time WebSocket data
• Experience designing APIs and MCP integrations for AI agents
• Ability to keep data-heavy paths performant at high execution volume
• Ownership mindset that carries a feature from backend to working UI
