AI Product Engineer — TraderSync

You build TraderSync's features end to end, from a Python/FastAPI backend through a vanilla JS frontend with real-time WebSocket data. You wire the AI journal and analytics into AI agents via API and MCP so both people and agents can drive the app.

What you'll do

• Build journaling and analytics features across the FastAPI backend and vanilla JS frontend
• Deliver real-time updates over WebSocket so the journal and analytics stay live
• Expose the app to AI agents through clean API and MCP interfaces
• Ensure the automatic EventTrader journal and analytics flow through as included, with no extra setup for the user
• Ship each feature across backend, frontend and API together so the whole path works

What you bring

• Strong Python/FastAPI backend skill and comfortable writing vanilla JS frontends
• Experience with real-time WebSocket data delivery
• Ability to design and expose APIs and MCP interfaces for AI-agent use
• End-to-end ownership from data model to rendered UI
