What you'll do

• Define the specific user problem the app solves and keep scope focused on it
• Prioritize and sequence what ships next based on real user need
• Set success metrics grounded in actual usage of the scanning product
• Make the transparent-methodology and free-of-cost positioning central to the roadmap
• Turn observed usage and defects into the next set of product decisions

What you bring
