What you'll do
- Define the trader problem Topstep solves and keep the roadmap focused on it
- Prioritize what ships next around the end-to-end success comparison and no-elimination account
- Set and track success metrics grounded in real usage
- Align design, engineering, and go-to-market on a shared Topstep plan
- Validate that shipped changes move the trader outcomes the app promises
What you bring
- Product management experience owning a roadmap end to end
- Ability to frame a sharp user problem and measure success in real usage
- Fluency reasoning about prop-trading funnels and honest statistics
- Skill coordinating design, engineering, and go-to-market work
