AI Product Engineer — tastytrade

You build tastytrade features end to end, from the Python and FastAPI backend to a vanilla JavaScript frontend fed by real-time WebSocket market data. You implement capped-risk directional markets on crypto, stocks and macro events, and expose them so AI agents can trade them through an API and MCP interface.

What you'll do

• Build capped-risk directional market features across backend and frontend
• Implement Python and FastAPI services powering trading, pricing and payoff logic
• Deliver vanilla JavaScript interfaces driven by real-time WebSocket market data
• Expose the app to AI agents through a clean API and MCP interface
• Keep the options-first design intact so no assignment risk or greeks leak into the flow
