AI Product Engineer — Quandl / Nasdaq Data Link

You build the free data surface end to end, from a Python/FastAPI backend to a vanilla JavaScript frontend with real-time data over WebSocket. You expose the datasets to AI agents through a clean programmatic interface so both people and agents can pull the same data.

What you'll do

• Build dataset features across a Python/FastAPI backend and vanilla JavaScript frontend
• Stream live data updates to the frontend over WebSocket
• Expose datasets to AI agents through a programmatic interface
• Ship features across backend, frontend and agent access in one coherent slice
• Keep displayed values accurate and consistent across every surface

What you bring

• Strong Python and FastAPI backend experience
• Proficiency with vanilla JavaScript and real-time WebSocket data on the frontend
• Experience exposing data to AI agents via a programmatic interface
• Ability to own a feature end to end across backend and frontend
