What you'll do
- Define the trader problem each event book must solve and why it matters
- Prioritize what ships next and sequence the roadmap around real user value
- Set the metrics that show whether traders actually adopt and return to the books
- Turn observed usage of live markets into the next round of product decisions
- Keep the product focused on community-created markets anyone can trade
