AI Product Engineer — Pinnacle API

You build the Pinnacle API end to end, from the Python and FastAPI backend that issues keys and serves event-market data to the vanilla-JS frontend and real-time WebSocket streams. You also wire the API into AI agents so they can consume event-market data programmatically via API and MCP.

What you'll do

• Build and extend the FastAPI backend that issues keys on free signup and serves event-market data
• Implement the vanilla-JS frontend and real-time WebSocket data delivery
• Expose event-market data to AI agents through clean API and MCP interfaces
• Ship features across backend, frontend, and real-time layers as complete, working flows
• Keep the free-signup key path fast and reliable for brand-new users

What you bring

• Strong Python and FastAPI skills for building data APIs
• Frontend experience with vanilla JavaScript and real-time WebSocket data
