What you'll do
- Define the core trader problem Photon solves and keep every release pointed at it
- Prioritize what ships next and cut scope that does not help traders catch launches
- Write crisp specs of the intended behavior for designers and engineers
- Define success metrics grounded in real usage and track them after each release
- Turn user reports and observed behavior into the next round of priorities
What you bring
- Product management experience owning a roadmap end to end
- Ability to frame a sharp user problem and defend ruthless prioritization
- Comfort defining and reading usage-based success metrics
- Fluency working closely with design and engineering on real-time products
