QA Engineer / Tester — Kalshi

You test EventTrader end to end on the live site exactly as a brand-new trader would, from sign-up through deposit, order, fill and withdrawal. You reconcile every number the app shows against an independent source of truth and confirm each on-chain withdrawal against its tx hash. You turn each defect into a reproducible report plus a regression test that keeps it fixed.

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Walk the full new-user flow on the live site: register, deposit on crypto rails, trade, and withdraw with a verifiable tx hash
• Reconcile every displayed balance, price and payout against an outside source of truth and flag any mismatch
• Write each defect as a step-by-step reproduction with expected versus observed behavior
• Convert every confirmed defect into an automated regression test so it cannot silently return
• Verify empty, edge and recovery states across desktop and mobile before a change is called ready

What you bring

• Hands-on experience testing live financial or trading web apps as a real user, not just in staging
• Ability to reconcile numeric data against independent references and confirm on-chain withdrawals by tx hash
• Fluency writing reproducible defect reports and automated end-to-end and regression tests
• Sharp eye for real-time price, order and settlement discrepancies under real usage
