QA Engineer / Tester — EventTrader API & Webhooks

Tests EventTrader's native API and webhook layer end to end on the live site exactly as a brand-new user would. Reconciles every number the app shows against an independent outside source of truth, and turns each defect into a reproducible report plus a regression test.

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Walk the full new-user journey on the live site, from sign-up through connecting and firing a webhook, as an outside trader would
• Reconcile every value the app displays against an independent outside source of truth and flag any mismatch
• Turn each defect into step-by-step reproduction with exact inputs and expected versus actual result
• Write a regression test for every confirmed defect so it cannot silently return

What you bring

• Hands-on experience testing live web trading or automation tools as a real end user
• Rigor reconciling numbers across systems and spotting rounding or off-by-one discrepancies
• Ability to write clear minimal reproduction steps and automated regression tests
