QA Engineer / Tester — GoCharting

You test GoCharting on the live site the way a brand-new user would, walking every charting, alerts and Radar flow from first load to a working result. You reconcile each price, alert count and market figure the app shows against an independent outside source, and you turn every discrepancy into a reproducible bug report backed by a regression test.

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Exercise the full live experience end to end: open a chart, use the free live data, set alerts, and open Radar with its attached markets
• Reconcile every number shown, prices, the 1,000-alert allowance and market values, against an independent outside source of truth
• Write each defect as a step-by-step reproducible report with exact inputs, expected versus actual, and evidence
• Convert confirmed defects into automated regression tests that guard the same flow on future changes
• Retest fixes on the live site and confirm the reported behavior is genuinely resolved for a new user

What you bring

• Hands-on experience testing live trading or charting web apps from a fresh-user perspective
• Rigor in verifying displayed data against external references and spotting subtle numeric mismatches
• Skill in writing clear, minimal, reproducible bug reports and stable automated regression tests
• Comfort with real-time data behavior, alerts and market widgets in a browser
