What you'll do

• Own the roadmap centered on giving displaced traders a durable challenge account
• Prioritize what ships next based on evidence from real trader usage
• Define and track success metrics grounded in active, retained accounts
• Keep every feature tied to the promise that a trader's account can't be discontinued
• Align design and engineering around the next shippable increment

What you bring

• Product management experience with trading, fintech or trader-facing products
• Ability to frame a sharp user problem and drive a focused roadmap
• Skill defining success metrics from real usage rather than vanity numbers
• Understanding of the prop-firm challenge model and the closure wave that displaced traders
