What you'll do

• Identify traders, builders and communities frustrated by arbitrary denials and reach them where they gather
• Grow presence and inbound interest across Telegram, Discord and X
• Get FTMO discovered in AI-agent directories where builders look for accounts to wire in
• Run community programs that turn active traders into advocates
• Frame the message around the core promise — fair, rules-based results, no committee overriding your account

What you bring

• Track record growing trader and builder communities on Telegram, Discord and X
• Understanding of the AI-agent builder audience and how they discover new tools
• Ability to translate a fairness promise into clear, credible messaging
• Skill running community programs that compound into organic reach
