What you'll do

• Keep the roadmap anchored to the trader problem: fair, rules-based results with no arbitrary denial
• Decide what ships next and sequence it against real trader value
• Define success metrics grounded in actual usage — traders funded, results honored, payouts completed
• Turn observed trader behavior and reconciliation gaps into prioritized product work
• Guard the fairness promise as a product constraint every release must uphold
