AI Product Engineer — FTMO

You build FTMO end to end — a Python and FastAPI backend, a vanilla JavaScript frontend, and live account and market state streamed over WebSocket. You also wire the app into AI agents through a clean API and MCP surface so an agent can trade and read the account the same way a person does.

💰 Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Build trader-facing features across the FastAPI backend and vanilla JS frontend
• Stream account, fill and slippage updates in real time over WebSocket so state is always current
• Expose the account through a clean API and MCP surface an AI agent can drive directly
• Implement the account logic so results stand on transparent, consistent rules rather than case-by-case calls
• Ship each feature across backend, frontend and agent surface together so no path is left half-built

What you bring

• Strong Python and FastAPI backend skills with real-time WebSocket experience
• Fluency in vanilla JavaScript for a responsive, data-dense trading frontend
• Experience exposing product capability to AI agents via API and MCP
• Discipline building money-adjacent flows that are correct, consistent and fail safe
