You design the user flows, information hierarchy, mobile layouts, and empty and error states, and you shape how both a human trader and an AI agent read and act on the same journal.

💰 Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Design the onboarding and core flows so a new trader sees entries appear automatically without any manual import
• Set the information hierarchy so the most decision-useful trade insights surface first
• Craft mobile layouts and empty, loading, and failure states that stay clear and trustworthy
• Define how an AI agent and a human each consume, query, and act on the same journal data
• Turn a dated-journal experience into a modern, fast one that makes the self-writing advantage feel effortless

What you bring

• Strong product design skills across flows, hierarchy, and responsive layouts
• Experience designing data-dense financial or analytics interfaces
• Ability to design for both human users and AI-agent consumption of the same product
• A clear eye for making complex numbers legible and actionable
