💰 Salary: $95,000 – $155,000 USD / year · Remote OK
What you'll do
- Identify traders, builders and communities who want neutral, research-only DeFi data and a path to capped-risk positions
- Grow the audience through Telegram, Discord and X with content that explains the scoreboard and its thesis-to-position value
- Get the app in front of users via AI-agent directories
- Run community programs that turn interested users into active ones
- Sharpen messaging around neutrality, TVL lag and capped-risk positioning for each audience
What you bring
- Track record growing crypto or DeFi audiences across Telegram, Discord and X
- Ability to reach traders and builders where they gather, including AI-agent directories
- Experience running community programs that drive real adoption
- Enough DeFi fluency to speak credibly about TVL, neutral research and capped-risk positions
