QA Engineer / Tester — Event Cards

Tests Event Cards front to back on the live site as a first-time trader would, swiping through basket indices and trading news-driven crypto portfolios. Reconciles every index value, holding and price the app shows against independent outside sources, and converts each mismatch or broken flow into a reproducible report plus a regression test.

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Run full brand-new-user journeys on the live app: discover a basket, swipe, trade, and confirm the portfolio state
• Reconcile each displayed index level, weight and price against an external source of truth and flag any drift
• Test empty, loading and error states across mobile and desktop layouts
• Write reproducible defect reports with exact steps, expected vs actual, and screenshots
• Turn every confirmed defect into an automated regression test that guards the fix

What you bring

• Hands-on experience testing live web apps end to end, including real-time market data
• Rigor in verifying displayed numbers against independent references before trusting them
• Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports and automated regression tests
• Comfort testing responsive mobile-first trading interfaces
