QA Engineer / Tester — CoinMarketCap

You test CoinMarketCap on EventTrader end to end on the live site, walking the exact path a brand-new visitor takes to track an asset and open its attached order book. You reconcile every price, volume and depth figure the app shows against an independent outside source, and turn each discrepancy into a reproducible report plus a regression test that guards against its return.

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Walk the full first-visit flow on the live site: find an asset, view its data, and open the order book attached to it
• Reconcile every number the app displays against an outside source of truth and flag any drift
• Verify real-time order book and price updates stay correct as data streams in
• Write a clear reproduction and a regression test for each defect you confirm
• Test on desktop and mobile widths so the experience holds across screen sizes

What you bring

• Hands-on experience testing live web apps end to end from a real user's point of view
• Rigor in cross-checking financial figures against independent references
• Ability to write reproducible defect reports and automated regression tests
• Comfort validating real-time, streaming market data in the browser
