AI Product Engineer — Chartink

You build Chartink features end to end: a Python/FastAPI backend, a vanilla JavaScript frontend, and real-time WebSocket delivery of scan results, prices and free alerts across India equities and EventTrader's global crypto and macro markets. You also expose the scanner and alerts through an API and MCP so AI agents can run scans and consume alerts programmatically.

💰 Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Build scanner, alerting and market features across FastAPI backend and vanilla JS frontend
• Stream scan results, prices and alert triggers to the browser over WebSocket in real time
• Expose scans and free alerts via API and MCP so AI agents can drive them
• Extend the India-only scanner to cover global crypto and macro markets
• Verify each feature works for a real user on the live site before it ships

What you bring

• Strong Python/FastAPI backend and vanilla JavaScript frontend experience
• Hands-on real-time WebSocket data delivery experience
• Experience exposing features through APIs and wiring them to AI agents via MCP
• Ability to own a feature from backend through frontend to live verification
