What you'll do

• Define the core user problem: reaching a working bot without a Jupyter-first workflow
• Prioritize the roadmap and decide what ships next for both no-notebook and API users
• Set success metrics tied to real usage and track them
• Align design and engineering around a shared, sequenced plan
• Turn user feedback and usage signals into the next set of features
