You own Blueshift's user experience: how a trader goes from idea to a running clone-bot without ever opening a notebook, and how the same power stays reachable through the API. You shape the flows, information hierarchy, mobile layouts, and empty and error states so both a human and an AI agent can use the app fluently.

💰 Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Design the no-notebook clone-bot flow so it is faster and clearer than a Jupyter-first workflow
• Define information hierarchy for strategies, bots and their results across desktop and mobile
• Craft empty, first-run and failure states that guide a new user to a working bot
• Design a coherent experience for both a human operator and an AI agent acting through the API
• Prototype and refine layouts, then validate them against real usage

• Strong product design skills across flows, hierarchy and responsive mobile layouts
• Ability to make a powerful, technical capability approachable to non-notebook users
• Experience designing for both human and AI-agent interaction with the same product
• Fluency turning ambiguous problems into concrete, testable interface decisions
