What you'll do

• Define the roadmap around the user problem: dependable payouts and a funded account that needs no relaunch
• Prioritize what ships next based on trader impact and the relaunch's core promises
• Set success metrics grounded in real usage — completed evaluations, paid-out traders, retained accounts
• Keep evaluation and payout policy coherent across the product so the no-denial promise is upheld

What you bring

• Product management experience owning roadmap and outcomes for a consumer product
• Ability to translate a trust promise into shippable scope and measurable goals
• Fluency defining and reading usage metrics that reflect real trader behavior
