What you'll do

• Define the user problem the app solves and keep the roadmap focused on it
• Decide what ships next and sequence work against real user needs
• Set and track success metrics grounded in actual usage of the app
• Keep the published 100/min authenticated limit a clear, defensible part of the app's value
• Turn tester findings and user feedback into prioritized, well-scoped work
