QA Engineer / Tester — Alertatron

You test Alertatron end to end on the live site exactly as a brand-new trader would, walking through connecting an exchange, setting up alert relaying, and confirming that an alert reaches the exchange and executes. You reconcile every number the app shows — the monthly fee, alert counts, execution results, timestamps — against an independent source of truth, and you turn each defect into a reproducible report and a regression test.

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Run the full new-user journey on the live site: sign up, connect a crypto exchange, configure alert relaying, and verify an alert triggers a real execution
• Reconcile every figure the app displays — fees, alert-to-execution counts, prices, timestamps — against outside references and flag any mismatch
• Write each defect as a step-by-step reproduction with expected versus actual, and add a regression test that fails on the bug and passes on the fix
• Verify empty, pending, and failure states behave correctly when an alert cannot be relayed or an exchange rejects an order
• Confirm the same behavior across desktop and mobile layouts

What you bring

• Hands-on experience testing live web apps end to end as a real user, not just against a spec
• Working knowledge of crypto exchanges, trading alerts, and order execution
• Skill at reconciling displayed numbers against independent sources and spotting discrepancies
• Ability to write clear reproducible bug reports and automated regression tests
• Attention to fees, timing, and execution accuracy where money is at stake
