## What you'll do

- Build backend endpoints that serve verified timelines and stream countdowns over WebSocket
- Implement the vanilla JavaScript frontend for the refugee flow, including real-time countdown updates
- Surface on-chain tx-hash proof of exit and keep it consistent across the app
- Expose the flow to AI agents via a clean API and MCP interface
- Keep the real-time data path fast and correct so displayed times never drift

## What you bring
