AI Product Designer — Documentation

You own the user experience of the EventTrader platform guide and docs: how readers find, scan and follow it. You shape user flows, information hierarchy, mobile layouts, and empty and error states so both a human reader and an AI agent can navigate the docs efficiently.

💰 Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Design the guide's information hierarchy and navigation so users find the right topic quickly
• Craft responsive mobile and desktop layouts for reading and scanning documentation
• Define empty, loading and error states across the docs experience
• Design flows that serve both a human reader and an AI agent consuming the same content
• Iterate on structure and readability based on how people actually move through the guide

What you bring

• Strong UX and information-architecture skills for content-heavy products
• Experience designing readable, accessible layouts for mobile and desktop
• Ability to design for both human and AI-agent consumption of a product
• Fluency designing empty and error states and clear navigation patterns
