AI Product Engineer — Covered-Call Income

You build Covered-Call Income end to end — the Python and FastAPI backend, the vanilla JavaScript frontend, and the real-time WebSocket data that keeps premiums, caps and roll status live. You wire the app into AI agents through its API and MCP so an agent can write calls on event-card baskets and manage capped-upside income the same way a person can.

What you'll do

• Build backend features in Python and FastAPI for writing calls on event-card baskets, premium collection and auto-roll
• Build the vanilla JavaScript frontend and stream live premium, cap and roll data over WebSocket
• Expose the app's capabilities through API and MCP so AI agents can drive it directly
• Implement the capped-upside and auto-roll logic correctly and keep displayed figures accurate
• Ship features across backend, frontend and agent surfaces so the whole flow works for a real user

What you bring

• Strong Python and FastAPI backend skills plus vanilla JavaScript frontend experience
• Experience building real-time WebSocket data flows for a live financial product
• Familiarity with exposing product features to AI agents via API and MCP
• Comfort implementing options-style income mechanics like premium, capped upside and rolling positions
