💰 Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Walk the live documentation as a first-time developer, executing each endpoint, parameter combination and curl example exactly as written
• Verify returned backtest figures against an outside source of truth and flag any mismatch
• Write clear, reproducible defect reports with exact steps, inputs and expected-versus-actual results
• Add a regression test for every confirmed defect so it cannot silently return
• Confirm documented parameters, defaults and copy-paste snippets match real API behavior

What you bring

• Hands-on experience testing REST APIs from the command line, including curl and JSON responses
• Rigor in reconciling numeric results against independent references before reporting pass or fail
• Skill in writing precise, reproducible defect reports and automated regression tests
• Comfort working entirely from a live public site as an outside user, with no insider shortcuts
