AI Product Designer — Token Vote

You own the experience of Token Vote, the community token governance voting app. You design the flows for discovering proposals, understanding voting weight, and casting a vote — shaping information hierarchy, mobile layouts, and empty and error states so both a human and an AI agent can vote clearly and confidently.

💰 Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Design the end-to-end voter journey: proposal browsing, eligibility, casting a token-weighted vote, and viewing results
• Define information hierarchy so tallies, quorum and outcomes read at a glance
• Craft mobile-first layouts and thoughtful empty and error states for every step
• Design how an AI agent and a human each interact with the same governance flows
• Prototype and iterate on interactions for real-time vote updates

What you bring

• Strong UX and interaction design skills for data-dense, real-time products
• Fluency designing mobile layouts, empty states and error states
• Ability to design flows usable by both people and AI agents
• Skill translating governance and voting concepts into clear, trustworthy interfaces
