QA Engineer / Tester — VAIX Leaderboard

You test the VAIX Leaderboard end to end on the live site, moving through it exactly as a brand-new visitor would to confirm the VAIX performance rankings load, sort and display correctly. You reconcile every ranking, score and token figure it shows against an independent source of truth, and turn each mismatch into a reproducible report backed by a regression test.

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $135,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Walk the live leaderboard as a first-time user across desktop and mobile, checking that rankings, VAIX performance figures and empty states render as expected
• Reconcile every displayed number against an outside source of truth and flag any discrepancy in the standings or token metrics
• Write clear, reproducible defect reports with exact steps, expected versus actual values, and the affected view
• Convert each confirmed defect into an automated regression test so the same ranking or display bug cannot silently return
• Verify real-time rank updates settle correctly and never double-count or freeze a row

What you bring

• Hands-on experience testing live web applications end to end from a real user's perspective
• Rigor in reconciling numeric data against independent references and documenting exact reproduction steps
• Ability to author and maintain automated regression tests for a web UI
• Comfort validating real-time and mobile-responsive interfaces
