You own the roadmap for Feature Leaderboard, keeping it sharply focused on the problem it solves: letting a community surface and rank the features they most want through voting. You decide what ships next and define how success is measured by real voting activity and the value of the decisions the rankings drive.

What you'll do
- Keep a clear articulation of the user problem the feature-voting leaderboard solves
- Decide and sequence what ships next based on real usage of the rankings and voting
- Define success metrics grounded in actual voting participation and ranking usefulness
- Prioritize across QA, design and engineering to keep the leaderboard trustworthy and useful
- Turn what real voters do into the next set of improvements
What you bring
- Product judgment for community-driven voting and ranking experiences
- Ability to define and track success from real usage rather than assumptions
- Skill prioritizing a focused roadmap and saying no to scope that dilutes it
- Fluency working across design, engineering and QA to ship coherent releases
