You own the experience of the Team Assembly Terminal: how a user picks a coach, adds four bots, reads backtest results, and deploys to the arena. You design flows, information hierarchy and mobile layouts so both a human and an AI agent can assemble, test and deploy a team clearly.

💰 Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Design the end-to-end flow from picking a coach and building a 4-bot team through backtest to arena deploy
• Shape information hierarchy so backtest metrics and arena outcomes are legible at a glance
• Design empty and error states for every step of team assembly, backtesting and deployment
• Craft mobile layouts that keep the full build-test-deploy loop usable on a small screen
• Make the terminal equally usable by a human and by an AI agent driving it

What you bring

• Strong product design skills across flows, information hierarchy and responsive layouts
• Experience designing for data-dense trading or analytics interfaces
• Skill designing clear empty, loading and error states
• An eye for interfaces that both people and AI agents can operate
