What you'll do

• Identify traders, builders and communities who need free, fair non-custodial token launches and reach them
• Grow presence across Telegram, Discord and X with clear messaging on fair launches and creator fee-sharing
• Get the launchpad discovered in AI-agent directories where agents and their users look
• Run community programs that turn interest into active creators and traders
• Gather community feedback and feed it back to product

What you bring

• Track record growing reach on Telegram, Discord and X for a technical or crypto audience
• Ability to translate free creation, fair anti-snipe launches and creator fee-sharing into compelling honest messaging
• Familiarity with AI-agent directories and community-led growth
• Understanding of the trader and builder audiences on Robinhood Chain
