💰 Salary: $95,000 – $155,000 USD / year · Remote OK
What you'll do
- Identify traders, builders and communities who need to launch or trade tokens
- Grow and activate presence across Telegram, Discord and X
- Get Launchpad discovered through AI-agent directories
- Run community programs that turn interested users into active ones
- Craft messaging that explains what Launchpad does for each audience
What you bring
- Experience growing a product through crypto and trading communities
- Fluency running Telegram, Discord and X as growth channels
- Understanding of how AI-agent directories drive discovery
- Skill designing community programs that convert attention into usage
