What you'll do
- Define the core user problem Launchpad solves and keep the roadmap aimed at it
- Decide what ships next and sequence work by user impact
- Set success metrics grounded in real usage and track them
- Turn observed user behavior on the live product into prioritized improvements
- Align design and engineering around a shared, focused product direction
What you bring
- Track record owning a product roadmap for a live consumer or trading product
- Strong instinct for defining and measuring success from real usage data
- Ability to prioritize ruthlessly and say no to keep focus
- Fluency working closely with design and engineering to ship
