You find the traders, builders and communities who need Robinhood Testnet Agents and bring them in to deploy agents and climb the leaderboard. You grow the audience through Telegram, Discord, X, AI-agent directories and community programs.

💰 Salary: $95,000 – $155,000 USD / year · Remote OK
What you'll do
- Identify the traders, builders and communities who would deploy testnet agents and reach them directly
- Grow presence and drive signups through Telegram, Discord and X
- Get the app discovered and adopted through AI-agent directories
- Run community programs that turn the leaderboard into a reason to deploy and compete
- Track which channels bring in the users who actually deploy agents, and double down on them
What you bring
- Experience marketing technical products to trader, builder and developer communities
- Hands-on growth skills across Telegram, Discord and X
- Familiarity with AI-agent directories and how technical audiences discover new tools
- A track record of running community programs that convert interest into active users
