AI Product Engineer — Robinhood Testnet Agents

You build Robinhood Testnet Agents end to end: the Python/FastAPI backend behind testnet agent deployment, the vanilla JS frontend, and the real-time WebSocket updates that keep the leaderboard live. You also expose the app to AI agents through clean API and MCP surfaces.

💰 Salary: $150,000 – $220,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Build features across the FastAPI backend and vanilla JS frontend for deploying and running testnet agents
• Stream live leaderboard and agent-performance updates to the frontend over WebSocket
• Design and ship API and MCP surfaces so AI agents can deploy and query agents programmatically
• Own features end to end from data model through UI, keeping real-time data consistent and correct
• Instrument the app so agent standings and metrics stay accurate under live use

What you bring

• Strong Python and FastAPI backend skills plus vanilla JavaScript on the frontend
• Experience building real-time features with WebSockets
• Ability to design clean APIs and expose functionality to AI agents via API or MCP
• Track record shipping features end to end across backend, frontend and data
