AI Product Designer — Robinhood Testnet Agents

You own the experience of Robinhood Testnet Agents: how someone deploys a testnet agent, follows its performance, and reads the leaderboard. You design the flows, information hierarchy, mobile layouts, and empty and error states so both a human and an AI agent can use the app cleanly.

💰 Salary: $130,000 – $175,000 USD / year · Remote OK

What you'll do

• Design the deploy-an-agent flow and the leaderboard so ranking and standing are instantly legible
• Set the information hierarchy so the most decision-relevant agent data reads first
• Design responsive mobile layouts and thoughtful empty and loading states for every screen
• Design how an AI agent and a human each interact with the same surface without friction
• Prototype and refine flows with real usage feedback from testers and early users

What you bring

• Product design experience across full user flows, not just individual screens
• Strong grasp of information hierarchy and mobile-first responsive layout
• Skill designing for real-time, data-dense interfaces such as leaderboards and agent standings
• Experience designing for both human users and automated or agent-driven interaction
