What you'll do

• Walk the full path end to end: land, read a channel unauthenticated, log in, post a message, and confirm it appears live for others
• Reconcile every number and label the app displays against an independent source of truth
• Write each defect as a reproducible report with exact steps, expected vs actual, and evidence
• Convert confirmed defects into regression tests so the same break cannot ship twice
• Verify real-time delivery, read-only vs logged-in states, and mobile behavior match what the app promises
