AI Product Manager — Exchange
Owns the roadmap for the full order book Exchange: the trader problem it solves, what ships next, and how success is measured in real usage. Decides priorities across the trading, market-data and AI-agent surfaces and holds the bar for what makes the product genuinely usable.

💰 Salary: $140,000 – $220,000 USD / year · Remote OK
What you'll do
- Define the user problem the Exchange solves and keep the roadmap aimed at it
- Prioritize what ships next across the order book, market data and AI-agent surfaces
- Define success metrics grounded in real usage and track them against outcomes
- Turn user and market feedback into clear, sequenced product decisions
- Align design, engineering and go-to-market around a shared view of what customer-ready means
What you bring
- Product management experience owning a roadmap from problem to measured outcome
- Ability to define and read usage metrics that reflect real trader behavior
- Enough grasp of order books and trading to make sound priority calls
- Skill coordinating design, engineering and marketing toward one shipping plan
