AI Product Manager — Oil Perp (WTI)
You own the roadmap for the WTI crude oil perpetual: the trader problem it solves, what ships next, and how success is measured in real usage. You decide how leverage, the oracle-anchored index, and the trading experience evolve so more traders open and hold positions.

💰 Salary: $140,000 – $220,000 USD / year · Remote OK
What you'll do
- Define the trader problem OIL-PERP solves and prioritize the next features to ship
- Set and track usage metrics such as active traders, positions opened, and volume
- Sequence work across the index, leverage, and trading-flow surfaces
- Decide how the human and AI-agent trading experiences advance together
- Turn live trading behavior into the next iteration of the product
What you bring
- Product management experience with trading, fintech, or real-time data products
- Ability to define and measure success from real usage data
- Comfort making roadmap trade-offs on leverage and market-data features
- Understanding of both human and AI-agent users of a trading product
