💰 Salary: $140,000 – $220,000 USD / year · Remote OK
What you'll do
- Define the trader problem Perpetuals solves and keep the roadmap focused on it
- Prioritize what ships next across human and AI-agent trading experiences
- Set success metrics grounded in real usage and hold releases to them
- Translate trader feedback and behavior into clear, sequenced product bets
- Align design and engineering on scope, tradeoffs and what customer-ready means
What you bring
- Product management experience for trading, fintech or real-time data products
- Can define and measure success from real usage rather than opinion
- Understands perpetual futures and what traders need to act with confidence
- Strong prioritization and crisp written communication of tradeoffs
- Comfortable owning roadmap for products that both humans and AI agents use
